Abstract
Marianne Buehler, Urban Sustainability Librarian/IR Administrator at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), draws from several years of repository development experience to share best practices for engaging faculty, staff, department chairs, and senior administration. Here she uses real-life examples to explore pervasive and effective approaches to content acquisition, productive avenues for IR-marketing, and the development of OA mandates at the department- and college-level.
