Abstract
Concered about increasing journal cancellations posing a threat to print-only humanities and social sciences journals, ARL undertook this project to determine how research libraries might help to secure perpetual access to at-risk journals. The report discusses how ARL libraries might address the needs of the publishers and editors of these journals as well as how to identify what types of support might be necessary.
